Lisbon Business School is proud partner of the International Journal of Strategy and Organisational Learning, an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary journal dedicated to disseminating authentic knowledge and practices within and across all disciplines and trades. It aims to help all stakeholders learn about learning, strategise learning, and transform into learning-driven businesses.
Organisational learning is the process through which organisations acquire new knowledge, skills, and capabilities that enable them to adapt and improve their performance. The key aspects of OL include individual learning, team learning, and organisation-wide learning, as well as knowledge management, i.e.,

Programs and Fields of studies
Our Academic Options and Activities
Online Education
Online education offers a variety of academic options, including fully online programmes, live and sef-paced, hybrid programs blending online and in-person learning, and individual online courses across diverse subjects and levels. In this scope we provide 43 microcredential upskilling online courses in partnership with Harvard Business Publishing Education.
Degrees
We don't provide degrees in Portugal, but we intermediate and manage the process of enrollment and Reseach Advice of some Degrees, Master Degrees and PhD Programmes provided from our network partners.
Certificates
All our certificates are recognized by the auhtorities from each country system. By default, all our Certificates grant ECTS (European Credit Transfer System), and some of the joint programes with our partners provides higher education credits by the UK System and US System, as well as professional recognition and credencials.
Intensive Programmes
We develop Winter and Summer Schools, and intensive programmes in Portugal, Scotland, Spain and Dubai. This short-term intensive courses provides educational and network experiences with international cohorts, enriching and empowering the skills and opportunities.
Mentoring Programs
Mentoring programs provide personalized guidance and support, connecting individuals with experienced mentors. These services aim to foster professional and personal development, offering valuable insights, advice, and a structured framework for growth.
Alumni/Community Opportunities
Alumni and community opportunities encompass networking events, continued learning initiatives, and collaborative projects, fostering a sense of belongjng beyond graduation and certification. These programs provide avenues for mentorship, career advancement, and maintaining a strng supportive network within alumni and broader community.
